"Drizzt! It's time for bed!" Vierna yelled at the secondboy of house Do'Urden.
The young boy ran over to her as quickly as possible. Vierna turned on her heel and started walking towards Drizzt's bedroom briskly, forcing him to jog to keep up.

"Vierna, slow down!" Drizzt whined.

"Drizzt, hurry up!" Vierna said, mocking Drizzt.

Drizzt pouted but jogged faster anyway. When they got to his room Drizzt changed into his pajamas and settled into his bed. Vierna was just about to leave when-

"Vierna, will you tell me a story?" Drizzt asked.

"No. Now go to sleep."

"Come on please? I did all my chores really fast today."

Vierna looked down at Drizzt angrily. "Once upon a time there was a high priestess who had to watch over her youngest brother and he kept on bothering her so she turned him into a drider. The end."

Drizzt frowned at her, "That wasn't a very good story."

"Hey, guess what? I don't care!" Vierna said. "It was accurate to what will happen to you if you keep bothering me you little pest!" Vierna left the room slamming the door.

==========================

Dinin watched his sister Vierna slam the door to Drizzt's room in amusement.

"Something wrong sis?" Dinin asked smiling.

Vierna turned towards him scowling. "Silence, pitiful male!"

Dinin smirked, "What? A little seven year-old too much for you?"

Vierna suddenly smiled, freaking Dinin out. "Since you're in such a good mood, you can go tell your brother a story!" She said in a fake happy voice. Vierna walked away smugly.

Dinin cursed. He brought this on himself, he would have to remember not to speak so freely next time.
Dinin threw open the door and went into Drizzt's room and sat down on the bed, making it shake.

Drizzt, who had almost fallen asleep, jumped up startled, grabbed his pillow and swung it blindly at Dinin who ducked and subsequently smacked Drizzt on the back of his head.

"Ow! That hurt!" Drizzt said, rubbing his head with tears of pain in his eyes.

"Shut up brat! Because of you, I have to tell you a stupid story." Dinin said.

Drizzt smiled, and laid back down in his bed happily, waiting patiently for Dinin to start.

Dinin scowled and tried to think of something, then it came to him. He grinned evilly and began his story.

"Once, in an unnaturally cold cavern filled with stalagmites and stalactites, a patrol had stopped to camp, none of them suspected anything, this was routine after all, when one of them saw a small glowing light in the distance. They didn't think much of it, but just to make sure they sent their best scout to check it out. He was gone for a while, the others didn't worry too much, the scout they sent was known to play tricks."

Dinin paused to see Drizzt sitting still, eyes wide, he smirked and continued.

"So they sent out another to go get him. But after about an hour when neither had come back, they began to grow worried. Especially when the light began pulsing and getting bigger."

Drizzt's eyes got even wider. "I-I don't want to hear anymore." Drizzt whispered, frightened.

"Too bad brat, you wanted a story so now you're getting what you want." Dinin replied.

"Now, where was I? Ah yes I remember. The light got closer, and closer, the others huddled together, the light was now just around a stalagmite.
It came into view and it was, a lantern, that was being carried by their scout, except, the scout's head was missing, others followed that they didn't recognize, also missing their heads, then everything went dark and silent, as if a globe of darkness and a silence spell had been cast over the room. That patrol was never heard from again."

Dinin finished and looked down at Drizzt, who was hiding under his covers, shaking.

Dinin stood up quickly and clapped his hands together making Drizzt jump.

"Well goodnight, don't let the spiders bite!"

Dinin left the room closing the door behind him, and went to his room to sleep.

Poor Drizzt lay in his bed, terrified that the glowing light would come after him. He did not get any sleep that night.
Awwwww poor little Drizzt! His brother is so mean, telling his younger brother such a scary story! Well I rather enjoyed writing this, probably because it has Drizzt in it! Soooo what do you think? Yes I'm talking to you right there.
